Dental Insurance
We understand that the costs of dental care can be daunting for some of our patients. We strive to provide the highest quality care in a comfortable environment, without having to charge “salon prices” for the care that you receive. Our office has gone to great lengths to become a preferred provider with most of the PPO insurance networks available in our area. This means that you, the patient, will receive a discounted rate which has been negotiated with your insurance company, for the services that you receive. Our team of professionals is in contact with these insurance companies daily, and will work with you to get the most out of your yearly benefits.
Dental insurance is not intended to pay for all of your treatment, however, and there will often be a portion of the costs that you will be asked to pay at the time of your treatment. Please understand that our relationship with your insurance company is limited. Our team will do everything in their power to get the most accurate estimate of your benefits and the coverage that your insurance will provide, however, these figures are truly only an estimate. Your insurance provider will determine exactly what they will pay at the time that your claim is processed. They will then send an Estimation of Benefits (commonly known as an E.o.B.) to both you and to our office. At this time, you will be responsible for any remaining balance on your account that was not covered by your insurance. The coverage amounts and portions that you are expected to pay are determined by the specific policy that you or your employer signed up for, and any questions pertaining to that specific policy must be addressed with your network administrator and/or your insurance company. As always, we encourage you to call our office in the event that you have any questions regarding a claim that we have filed for you, and our team will work diligently to assist you in every way possible to resolve your questions.
No Dental Insurance? No Problem!
We accept cash, money orders, checks, debit and most major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express). We give 5% off all cash payments. Additionally, we offer financing options because we understand that monthly payments can help patients fit the cost of dental treatment into their budgets. Don’t put off treatment because it’s too expensive! Get the financing that you deserve!

For those who qualify, we offer interest-free financing through CareCredit. With CareCredit you can finance 100% of your dental treatment and there are no upfront costs, no annual fees, and no pre-payment penalties.
Both options offer a full range of payment plans, so you can find a plan that works well for you. They also allow for revolving payments with a variable interest rate. These financing options can be used by the whole family for ongoing treatment without having to reapply, too.
